Rob graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2018 where he focused on family law and conflict resolution.
He has mediated hundreds of cases and has been recognized as one of Utah's top family law mediators. His style combines compassion, legal analysis, and a pragmatic approach to problem solving. His goal is to help parties complete their divorce process as peacefully and smoothly as possible.
As the father of a child with severe special needs, he has a particular interest in helping parties whose children have unique challenges.
In his free time, Rob enjoys writing music, studying history, and playing soccer. He lives with his wife and four children in Lehi, Utah.
Rob is an Licensed Attorney, Court-Rostered Domestic Mediator, Master Mediator, and Mediator Mentor. He also holds a Certificate in Transformative Mediation from Utah State University.

After completing her undergraduate and master's programs at Yale, Jennifer earned a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah.
Jennifer has mediated all types of family cases including divorce, custody, and guardianship matters, as well as many community, nonprofit, and business cases.Her style emphasizes client empowerment, including persistent work through challenging differences, honest communication, and respect for each party's self-determination.
Jennifer lives in Salt Lake City with her family. She enjoys trying new foods, playing the piano, backpacking, and gardening.

She is passionate about teaching conflict resolution techniques to parties and empowering them to break out of negative conflict patterns.
She grew up in Big Piney, Wyoming and currently lives in Logan, Utah.
Adalyn completed her Mediation Roster training with Utah Dispute Resolution and holds a Certificate in Transformative Mediation from Utah State University.

Alicia completed her mediation training through Utah Valley University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience.
Before becoming a mediator, she spent three years as a case manager, coordinating and observing family law mediations.
Coming from a Hispanic background and marrying into a Polynesian family has strengthened her ability to connect with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As the parent of a child with Trisomy 21, Alicia also brings personal insight into special needs family dynamics giving her a deeper understanding of the unique parenting considerations some families face.
Alicia lives in Eagle Mountain with her husband and children.

Justin Turcsanski has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and is dual licensed as a Loan Originator (since 2001) and Realtor (since2009).
He has extensive experience negotiating real estate transactions and analyzing complex contracts, developing strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and dispute resolution.
Justin has completed 80 hours of formal mediation training and more than 20 hours of mediation observation and co-meditation with experienced professionals.
His professional background and mediation training enable him to guide parties toward clear communication and practical, mutually agreeable resolutions.
Justin completed his Mediation Roster training and Domestic Roster training with Utah Dispute Resolution.

Don Rowley served as vice president at the Pulitzer Company (later Lee Enterprises) and as a publisher for more than 25 years. In those roles he mediated disputes ranging from business transactions to employer-employee issues, to public dissolutionment concerns.
Don is now retired and mediates part-time, focusing on retirement and finance issues.
He is also a volunteer with the Utah Courts Court Visitor Program, where he visits adults with disabilities and corresponds with the Courts to make decisions regarding adult guardianships.
